Strictly Girls Only
Every woman has her thang. Shoes are a common addiction, and there seems to be enough bag ladies to take over the world one IT bag at a time.
Then there are the more discreet ladies, who keep their thang nicely under wraps - and those are the lingerie junkies. I know these girls are not an urban legend, because I have friends who belongs to this league. Hundred of dollars on tiny (but exquisite) pieces of fabric that will most likely never see the light of day? Certainly!
When thinking of lingerie, Stella McCartney, the Organic Princess with a whole line of wholesome pursuits, is hardly the first person to come to mind. But after seeing her new line of lingerie, she should at least be somewhere near the top of the list!
If you actually know me, I wouldn’t strike you as someone who will go for lace-y lingerie - but I love lace. There really are very few things nowadays that are old-school-charmy and timelessly sexy.
As one will expect of a Stella McCartney collection, organic cotton and silk chiffon feature heavily. That basically translated to ’super comfy’ to my ears.
Still, if you ask me, the very best part of this new line will have to be the most superficial part - the names. With delicious-sounding names like Poppy Posing and Coco Blushing, it should be quite enough to whip any lingerie-loving young woman into quite a frenzy

i’m very definitely a lingerie girl! and these are beautiful. i adore the strapless bra… how hard it is to find a strapless bra that is beautiful. i like the pattern on the black lace, too.

I love the lace. I’d never really liked cream lingerie - they’re more necessities than indulgences. But these are really pretty!

i love lacey lingerie too! not the trampy-vampy sort but those that feel luxe and uber indulgent.

That’s the intiguing thing about lingerie. We pay enourmous amounts of money for miniscule pieces of fabric that nobody, (except hopefully for the significant other), will ever see. Still it makes you feel good, doesn’t it?
