Blair’s Headband
When watching Gossip Girl, I keep wondering why Blair insists on being so insanely jealous of Serena, because I think she’s gorgeous! Her clothes are always wonderful - although not the wildest outfits you can find, but always immaculately put together 
Part of her signature look is how she always has something in her hair. And there is almost nothing she wears more than the humble headband.
Only that her headbands are not that humble!
The colourful headbands, which reminds me slightly of turbans, that has been adorning Blair’s pretty head are actually from Jennifer Ouellette.
As you can see here, Stephie already has a Ouellette-ish headband (which has received much attention when she posted the photo up).
I wouldn’t mind one too

the last time i checked, rosebullet carries the nautical themed hairband blair has on in the bottom right photo at 59 a pop! but it’s not very flattering for girls with flat hair !

Hey Brenda - I saw several striped headbands at rosebullet too, but somehow the fit wasn’t right. And at SGD60 it isn’t too kind on the pockets!

59 bucks a pop is definitely way too much to fork out for a headband. I will suggest some DIY-ing - it can be a fun project! Or I vaguely remember seeing something similar at the hair accessories section at Takashimaya, so check it out when you’re in the area

I found a great site, http://www.andreasbeau.com, with a huge selection of beautiful headbands and other hair ornaments that would make Blair happy! These are a far cry from the ordinary, using unusual trims and flowers.

I wear headscarves (those pseudo-turban things). V. useful for bad hair days, even if everyone looks at me like I’m crazy- which I don’t care about, now.

i actually have an exact copy of it from forever 21. in grey satin. but i dont think they’re still sellin it. haha
i got it for what, 11 bucks?

I have the forever21 one in black satin! And yes, for only SGD11. Happiness!
