Day Two of SFF saw us at Ashley Isham where we saw his Spring/Summer 2008 collection. Granted, the collection showed previously in London, but seeing it up close was pretty exhilarating. The turnout was great!

Here’s an idea of what some of the dresses looked like from our view – You’ll have to excuse the quality of the images – they are blurry in general but some are quite fabulous to see how the clothes flow as compared to the sharpy images you get from Elle or Style.com.
First off, here are the short dresses:

Next, the floor-length, elegant ones suitable for socialites, goddesses, and the general elite residing here on earth:

And then there is the gasp-eliciting, fiercely dramatic pieces which are.. just.. perfect:

I’ve noticed that the Singaporean audience are relatively transparent in their expressions when it comes to response to the collection… as far as looks go this collection definitely belonged way up there. I personally loved it, but then again that is of course my amateur, person-off-the-street interpretation!
Feeling excited about Tent-Attendance

P.S. Just a short bit on the photos since there are many more shows to follow in the next two weeks or so: Personally, I prefer to have the pictures in a whole slew so that I can ogle over them, but if you find that the pictures are too much or a hassle to load on your monitor, do let us know and we’ll be altering our entries in the days to come (i.e. less pictures, more descriptions, whatevs!). Just drop comments!

I absolutely love the white and grey printed mini dress with the long front. It’s soooo pretty! Was too scared to say hi again haha
I was hoping he had more of his more outrageous stuff actually.
