Okay, I know I’m lagging way behind, considering this is from Episode 12 of the first season of Gossip Girl. Still, I think better late than never!
The tuxedo bib-dress that Blair is wearing is the closest (so far) to my idea of the perfect dress. The cut, the length, the sleeves, the ribbon on the bib front. And pairing it with the white tights is genius - truly Lolita. I WANT IT!
The dress is from Catherine Holstein. But of course, I will expect it to be sold out by now.

I actually surprised Forever 21 hasn’t knocked it off yet. Catherine Holstein designs seem to be popular with them.

i love that! but white stockings are hard to carry-off unless u have super skinny legs (which apparently i don’t)
but the dress itself is cute already.
