We woke up bright and early to get to Fash Bash, because everyone knows that if you don’t go there early enough there will be nothing left to buy. Fastest fingers first, remember?
For some reason our schedules have been getting fuller and fuller, so possibilities of outfit shots together seem to get lesser. Dottie’s sticking to laidback chic suitable for Singaporean weather, while I get slightly inspired by Gossip Girl today.

Striped tee, Soon Lee.
Shorts, from her sister’s wardrobe .
Shoes, Mitju.

Skirt – River Island (yes, Dottie has the same piece).
Black Lace-ups from Alegra, The Arcade.
Bag from Chanel.
I insist on wearing my Fall wardrobe, even though there is eternal summer in Singapore. The skirt is seriously great – the shape is sturdy and poofy and it retains its structure even when I am sitting down!
Fash Bash was as great as we remember it to be. We conducted a top notch Fashion Nation raid at the Baylene stall. Baylene makes wicked jackets! Dottie bought two jackets; I scored a jacket, a skirt and a lace cardigan.
I’ve also invested in a Paraphernalia heart necklace, which I’ve been wanting for the longest time.

I bought this, in red!
After that, we met up with a friend and hatched plans for the rest of 2008. There’s only three months left to achieve your 2008 resolutions, so make haste!

A change of shoes were in order, so I put on these Mary-Janes from Bianca. I had a conversation with a friend who asked me why I needed so many shoes. My reaction is just to wear more pairs in a day, to stick to my resolution of achieving the lowest cost-per-wear ratio of each item.
We bumped into several readers, so a quick shout-out to all of you (: Thanks for saying hi! Let us know if you’ve scored anything exciting today (:
We also bumped into the Wottoncool girls, and x-wen from Fash-E! The good people at Bianca, Pia from Dustbunny Vintage, HOARD, and the Swirl girls, all of whom set up stalls and looked super busy tending to their store.

Good night (:

oh yes, I do believe in the lowest-cost ratio formula for shoes. It’s a waste to wear out a lovely pair of shoes too soon!
